Our take
My toddler loves the bright colors on these Puma Procast cleats. The rubber stub cleats are safe for grass and the closed toe offers protection. However, size 2 is very small; make sure it fits. The construction is okay for the price but the upper is stiff. For $24.99, they're not a bad entry-level shoe, but I'd prefer a bit more flexibility for little feet.
